Pickup in store delivery policy
At Greenery 420 we have a wide network of stores throughout Spain. If instead of going to the store you want to make sure you receive a product, you can place the order online and request in-store pickup.
Stores where pickup can be requested
If you order from Madrid you can pick up the order at the store at Calle Espíritu Santo 20 (Barrio de Malasaña), at Calle de Pelayo, 20 (Barrio de Chueca) or at the store in Barrio de Chamartín at Calle Potosí, 13 in the Chamartín Market.
In Asturias you can pick it up at the CBD shop in Avilés (Pl. Merced, 6, 33401 Avilés, Asturias), also in the Gijón store (C. Langreo, 1, Centro) or in the Oviedo CBD store (C. Covadonga, 34, 33002 Oviedo, Asturias)
What is the collection process?
- You can order online as normal, but at the end of your online order you must select the store where you want to pick up the order.

You have a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.
