1. IDENTIFICATION DATA

2. USERS

Access and/or use of this website confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the general conditions of use reflected herein (Legal notice, privacy and data protection policy).

The aforementioned conditions will be applicable regardless of the general conditions of contract that may be mandatory.

Access and/or use of this website is exclusively for people over 18 years of age.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL

THE OWNER provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, “the contents”) on the Internet belonging to THE OWNER or its licensors to which the USER may have access.

6. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

THE USER acknowledges that the use of the website and its contents and services is carried out under their sole responsibility. Specifically, by way of example, THE OWNER does not assume any responsibility in the following areas:

We also inform you that our products come from industrial hemp produced with certified seeds and grown by hand without chemical additives or insecticides, and are for technical, aromatic, collecting, research and ornamental use.
